By accessing or using the Pixi Casino platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Only one account is permitted per person. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Pixi may close duplicate accounts and investigate the circumstances. Funds or winnings will only be forfeited where the evidence establishes that multiple accounts were deliberately used to obtain an unfair advantage, commit fraud, circumvent restrictions, or abuse a promotion. Accidental duplicate accounts that provided no unfair advantage will be handled case by case.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Pixi Casino will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Pixi Casino reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

Pixi may temporarily restrict or suspend an account while investigating reasonable indications of fraud, deliberate multi-accounting, payment abuse, software exploitation, or another material breach of these Terms. Bets or winnings will only be voided where the investigation establishes a material breach that provided, or attempted to provide, an unfair advantage.

To protect accounts, payments, promotions, and game integrity, Pixi records limited first-party platform-integrity telemetry. This may include allowlisted Pixi page routes, selected account and product actions, timestamps, a first-party session identifier, broad device category, external referring domain when present, and your Pixi account identifier when signed in. It does not include form contents, URL query strings, wallet addresses, network IP addresses, or raw browser identifiers in the journey record.

Pixi may use these signals to detect bots, multi-accounting, coordinated activity, bonus abuse, payment misuse, software exploitation, and unauthorised access. A telemetry signal may trigger staff review, identity checks, promotion restrictions, account limits, or suspension while an investigation is completed; material account action should be assessed against relevant account, payment, gameplay, and verification records.

Deposits are accepted in the supported cryptocurrencies listed on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts apply per currency and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals are processed to the same crypto address where possible. Pixi Casino processes withdrawals within 24–72 hours, subject to verification requirements.

Pixi Casino reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

The minimum withdrawal is 15 USDT or the displayed currency equivalent. Withdrawals remain unavailable while a wagering requirement is active and incomplete.

Bonus terms. Bonuses follow the wagering requirements shown before they are claimed. Pixi's current first-, second- and third-deposit bonuses require 25× wagering of the awarded bonus only; the qualifying deposit is excluded. Other promotions may use different stated terms. Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable requirement is complete.

Gifts and promotional packs. Player-to-player gifts require 15× wagering of the net amount received after fees. Pack prizes awarded through promotional codes require 15× wagering of their quick-sell value. Gift wagering starts when the gift is credited; promotional-pack wagering starts only when the prize is quick-sold. Withdrawals remain unavailable while wagering is active. A player may forfeit an active requirement, in which case the applicable remaining promotional amount may be removed or returned to the sender. Unrelated deposited funds remain protected.

Genuine-risk play. All play during wagering must involve genuine risk. Players must not use bets, combinations or transactions whose main purpose or practical effect is to generate turnover while avoiding ordinary gambling or market risk. Prohibited activity includes opposite or offsetting bets; Limbo or Crash below 1.20×; very-high-win-chance Dice settings used primarily to generate turnover; and rapid or offsetting Trade positions without meaningful market exposure. These examples are not exhaustive, and acceptance of a wager or transaction does not waive this rule.

Maximum stake. While any wagering requirement is active, the maximum total amount committed is €5.00 or 5 USDT equivalent per bet across all games. This limit applies to all bonuses, gifts and other promotional value carrying a wagering requirement. It does not apply to deposited funds when no wagering requirement is active. Acceptance of a higher bet does not waive this rule.

Reviews and enforcement. A shared IP address or browser may trigger review, but that signal alone does not prevent an account from depositing or claiming an eligible deposit-match bonus after a qualifying deposit. No-deposit gifts may be limited across accounts sharing an IP address or browser. Pixi may review or temporarily restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of false information, payment abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or attempts to circumvent eligibility, wagering, contribution or maximum-stake rules. Action will be taken only where a material breach is established. Any forfeiture is limited to the affected bonus or gift and associated winnings; unrelated deposited funds will not be forfeited.

Cashback and reloads. Cashback and reload offers apply to net losses and follow the rates and wagering requirements stated in the relevant offer. VIP progress and rakeback accrue only from wagers funded by verified player deposits; bonuses, gifts and other free promotional value do not qualify.

The Higher or Lower card game operates with a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) of 96.50%. Direction-specific payouts are calculated from the probability of the selected outcome, and equal ranks lose. RTP represents the theoretical long-term statistical return to players and does not guarantee individual session results.

The game uses a server-side random number generator (RNG) certified for fairness. All game outcomes are determined at the time of the bet and cannot be altered.

Minimum bet per round is €0.10; maximum bet per round is €10.00. Payouts vary based on the shown card and the probability of each outcome, as displayed in the game interface.

Pixi may temporarily suspend settlement while investigating a software malfunction, network error, or reasonable indication of fraudulent play affecting a bet. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixi Entertainment Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

Disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes may be submitted for independent review using the provably fair verification tools on our platform.

Prior to initiating formal proceedings, you must contact Pixi Casino support and allow 30 days for resolution.

Pixi Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
